    Can children come to Purobeach?

    Everybody is welcome in Purobeach as long as they respect the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that is guaranteed in our establishments. In most of our beach clubs, the use of the swimming pool is for over 16’s only. However, the use of the different areas is subject to the rules of each center. If you require more information, please don’t hesitate to ask us.

    Do children need to reserve a sunbed?

    Yes they do. Children are very important clients for us as well, and we will give them the same attention as adults

    Does the Purobeach restaurant have special dietary options?

    Of course! Your well-being is of paramount importance for us. Our staff are at your disposition to attend to your special dietary requirements (allergens, celiacs, specific diets) Please inform our team when making your reservation

    How far in advance should I make my reservation?

    Our beach clubs tend to be very busy, especially in high season (June, July and August). It is very important to reserve as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

    I'm trying to make a booking online and the system has informed me that there is no availability. What can I do?

    Our booking engine uses a place system which helps us organise online booking. During your booking, if the website says there is no availability, we recommend contacting the beach club directly, so that our team can check to see if there are places available.

    What can I do if I need a product during my stay at Purobeach?

    In each Purobeach there is a Puro Shop, a place where both men and women can purchase from t-shirts, dresses, swimwear and suncreams to Puro's compilation CDs.
