Puro Group opens its first Purobeach in the Americas

Purobeach Playa del Carmen opens its doors in December 2017, situated on the rooftop of The Fives Downtown Hotel and Residencies, Hilton’s newest hotel close to the shores of the Mexico’s Caribbean coast.

Purobeach Playa del Carmen will be the Puro Group’s first beach club in the Americas. This new Oasis Urbano situated in the prestigious zone of Playa del Carmen, with views of the Caribbean Sea. In keeping with Puro’s other establishments, it is a spectacularly designed setting, made up of unique zones that reflect the essence of the group. These zones offer diverse services, providing a memorable experience for the client.

With the opening of this new oasis, which will generate numerous jobs, the Puro Group begins its international expansion plan, extending its Mediterranean lifestyle concept across the world. Three new openings are forecast for the upcoming years in Greece, Mexico and Egypt.

The results for this year are very positive because we are reinforcing the structure of the Group and for the first time we will be present in The Americas. “We want the Group to continue growing in the most emblematic places on Earth, and in this case it means a single ticket to another continent with no possibility of return” said Beltrán Álvarez, CEO of Puro Group.

Located just 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport, Purobeach Playa del Carmen has all the services and amenities that characterizes the Group including: a bar, an 80-seater restaurant, 36 sunbeds and 5 Balinese beds. All of Puro’s signature services, that make the brand a byword for quality leisure, will also be present, including the Puro Shop and Puro Spa treatments and massages. Purobeach Playa del Carmen will also host the brand’s events and experiences, which have made Puro a worldwide icon of sociability and wellness. The soundtrack for the above will be provided by Puro Music, the Group’s record label.

The restaurant of this new beach club offers Puro’s wellknown gastronomic concept, M3 (which combines the cuisines of Miami, Marrakech and Melbourne) with exquisite Mexican cuisine, offering a superb culinary experience for lovers of good gastronomy.

Purobeach Playa del Carmen, which is situated in the heart of the Riviera Maya, is a cosmopolitan city which receives thousands of visitors each year. Heavenly beaches and the nearby archaeological sites of Tulum, Coba and Chichen Itza are just some of the attractions on offer. This Purobeach will become the first to be open all year round, thanks the location’s fantastic climate.
