Our beach club will turn into a three-space environment where food and vibes from different cities will be offered. Miami offers Tex-Mex cuisine with a South American twist, Marrakech brings a gastronomical mixture of the flavours of Arabia and the Mediterranean and Melbourne represents different Asian delicatessen
Create your own menu and decide where to travel:
STARTER to choose - MIAMI - Taco Guanajuato: Blue corn tortilla, pulled pork with spices and achiote, pickled onion with habaneros, pineapple and coriander. Guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo sauces. - MARRAKECH - Crunchy feta cheese salad with grapes, arugula, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and figs. - MELBOURNE - Sriracha carpaccio: Beef carpaccio with Sriracha dressing, avocado, mixed lettuce, spring onion, crispy onions and fresh mango cubes.

MAIN COURSE a elegir - MIAMI - Lobster with fried eggs and potatoes. - MARRAKECH - Lamb terrine with taboule and “all i oli”. - MELBOURNE – Lobster Pad Thai.
